Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage combines several massage techniques including deep tissue and sports massage to relax the body and reduce the pain caused by poor posture and the strains of daily life.

It is an ideal way to unwind as you feel the tension in your muscles dissolve underneath healing hands. As well as calming the body by putting you into a deeper state of relaxation, therapeutic massage provides the benefits of pain-relief from injury, easing stress and leaving you with a greater sense of well-being both physically and mentally.

The aim of the massage is to prevent the reoccurrence of pain and injury by helping your muscles to be stronger and more flexible.

Typical conditions treated include:

  • Back, neck and shoulder pain
  • Repetitive strain injuries (RSI)
  • Headaches, migraines and jaw tension
  • Hip, ankle and knee pain
  • Poor posture
  • Sporting injuries
