Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional therapy is a science-based approach to achieving optimum health. It focuses on the individual needs of each biochemically unique person. We each have different nutritional requirements, based on our genetic inheritance, diet, lifestyle and environment. Nutritional therapy recognises that all our body systems are interrelated and aims to bring them into balance, to restore the whole body to good health.

After filling in a detailed questionnaire on your health history and keeping a three day food diary, an initial consultation will be booked for you. Biochemical tests may be carried out to help diagnose the imbalances in the body. A personalised diet will be tailored to your individual needs and supplements might be suggested. A follow-up consultation will monitor progress and modify diet and supplements where necessary.

Appointments: By prior appointment only.
