Our promise to you is a service that exceeds your expectations. Professionalism, passion, fun and thoughtfulness are the values that Butterfly holds close. Every wedding is unique so our price range is a guide and we are happy to discuss your individual requirements to create a bespoke package incorporating all your needs before and on your wedding day.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total projected cost for the wedding is required to secure the booking
  • Full payment of the remaining 50% must be made seven days prior to the wedding
  • Postponement: Should the wedding be postponed, Butterfly will carry forward the deposit for the booking, although the same hair & make up artist cannot be guaranteed. Additional hair/make-up trials will be charged at the normal rate.
  • Cancellation: If the Client cancels the booking less than and including 28 days before the event date, it will pay to Butterfly the following sums and any other costs incurred by Butterfly on the Client’s behalf.
    • Cancellations between 28-14 days (inclusive) in advance – 50% of the total
    • Cancellations between 14-7 days (inclusive) in advance – 75% of the total
    • Cancellations less than 7 days (inclusive) in advance – 100% of the total projected cost
  • We do not charge for travel within London. Travel outside of London is charged at costs for public transport/taxis or at £0.40 per mile.
  • In the unlikely event of personal illness or other circumstances beyond the control of Butterfly, a substitute Hair and Make-Up Artist may be sent to you in place of your booked Artist. If you decline the offer or an alternate Artist cannot be found a full refund will be given.
  • Butterfly will confirm all bookings in writing and issue an invoice if required .
